After a turbulent and rapid Saturday, the second day of the festival has continued in the same tone – and that’s the one carried by a good story!
In the morning, we hung out in a sunny Fun Lab’s garden – we simply continued where we left off yesterday! Sweet picnic, colorful blankets, green lawn, comfy cushions – and another unforgettable journey in magical forests, happy fairy tales and funny stories where fantastic characters and imaginative plots welcomed us: and that’s a lot of laughter, clever fun and joyful gathering for the little ones and grown-ups.
After wonderful time spent in our garden, we couldn’t wait to take our guests to the city center and show them Zagreb in its full spring edition! We are happy and proud that our hometown left a lovely impression on them: charming and friendly atmosphere, the beauty of old city center and fantastic local cuisine delighted them! You know all of them are world travelers who have already visited many cities and countries: to hear compliments about Zagreb from them is a really special feeling! We have told them the legend about the Manduševac well, walked upon the Upper Town – great weather has served us again, and we returned it with a great time outdoors, which has continued ’til the end of the day and the end of the first international storytelling festival in Croatia.
We closed it with evening session, with astounding performances, great atmosphere and unforgettable gathering with our performers, visitors, volunteers, partners…all participants of STORYing festival and all fans of fantastic storytelling, clever fun and good time!
After the whole weekend, we are still processing our impressions – and they are fantastic! We are happy and proud to have become the organizers of this creative event followed by fantastic atmosphere in our city. We want to thank our performers, visitors, volunteers and partners – and of course, our city which has once again proved its readiness for new creative adventures, artistic trends and clever fun. In the rhythm of a great story!
